I found this half dollar in a coin roll. What is wrong with it?

    Damaged, pliers, vice or any other tool makes no difference. It's damaged.

    Looks like the anomaly is above the field. If it were pliers wouldn't it be sunk into the field?

    Well, is that tile? Or some type of countertop? Maybe if you went to Home Depot they might have a filler to help fill in the holes. I also recommend some type of filler that will match the color of the grout. Good luck!
