Bought a couple of MS Franklins the other day , on one it said Flatstruck , I noticed it wasn't struck that well . What causes this , or is it a dealers ploy . Wish my eyes weren't going south . rzage:headbang:
Flat struck is just another way of saying weakly struck, it's not uncommon for Frankies to be that way. As for what causes it, a couple of things can. It could be lower pressure, it could be a thin planchet, it could be mis-adjusted dies.
