I would not suspect your coin to be ddd or dd due to it being a proof coin. The more likely cause of the doubling on your coin is a form of machine or strike doubling due to proof coins being struck twice in the coin press.
The photos are blurry when I try to enlarge them. From what I can see it looks like MD. Where do you see the doubling that you are questioning? Also, I hope those scratches and white spots are on the holder and not on the coin.
They are on the holder I just acquired a few proof coins proof Penny Nickel Dime and quarter and was trying to find out a value on them and I'm thinking they were supposed to be a complete 60s proof set and were separated from their original holder and put in individual holders and I'll try to get better pictures of them later as soon as I get off work
