Just finished my 20th bag of Lincolns and have found no wams or cams. For the newbees thats 100,000 cents. Maybe I'll find one in my next 20 bags. No big deal as I enjoy the hunt. So for I have 527 from 2009. 215 Wheat plus an additional 14660 copper, 66 Canadian and 73 dimes. Out of those copper were several minor varieties. And I still have just under 3000 copper to check for varieties. Who knows what lurks in that batch. The search goes on.
Good luck on your WAM CAM hunt! Sounds like fun. I 'm a Canadian coin collector so I gotta ask. Any King Georges?
Buying $50 bags of mixed date/mm pennies with no luck finding any WAM's or - That's CLAM's for Close AM's - should tell you that those sellers are searching for everything and anything to make a quick buck on. There is no such thing as "unsearched" when it comes to coins! Chris
