close, but no the zeros are all in the wrong place. had it been 00001541, then YES ... but with the zeros at the other end, its pretty high. This means that there were 15,400,001 notes printed to get to this one ... 15 million, 400 thousand ... and one lol not to mention the notes printed in the AA block, but thats different
