So i was going through my coins and found this. What is it, and is it worth anything? Its an 06. The dime on the left is a regular, the one on the right is a goldish/copper color

might just not have enough nickel plating...
or it could have toned that way through various conditions...

my advice, would be to weigh it first, make sure its struck on the right planchet. Sometimes coins are left in pockets during wash & tend to blend colors of other coins & items left in pocket. Possibly a water stain effect? check the weight to se if same as other clad dime. :) Ozarktravler

I'm not trying to nitpick but clad coins are not nickel plated. Rather the copper core is sandwiched between cupro-nickel (copper-nickel) clad layers. Sometimes a clad layer can be too thin or missing.

Looks like it possibly could be missing layer(s), just weigh to see if it meets the standard weight.

Could be amost anything including kids or someone just playing around dipping coins in different solutions to see what happens. Unless you have a very accurate scale, a slight amount of the outer layer being to thin or missing would hardly register. But worth a try but I wouldn't go out and buy a highly accurate scale for just that.
