its a radar note. Any radar note will sell for more then face, it just abviously wont sell for as much as an UNC radar note... but there is still a premium for it! But maybe as Magman stated, the fees to sell the note might not cover the prmium you might make. I dont buy notes like this, just enjoy fidning them lol, so i cannot tell you how much of a premium you might find.

 

Rough condition or not. It's still a nice find.

Nice find! A co-worker showed me his Poker $1 Note yesterday with a Serial Number of
(?) 71717177 (?). Sorry, I don't remember the beginning and ending Letters but if that last 7 had been a 1, then I would have paid dearly to get the Note!

radar notes in general apply to the serial NUMBERS, but radar notes that also include the block letters... now those are even more rare

 

looks like it's been through a lot, but absolutely worth keeping in my opinion. nice catch.
