Is anybody else having longer wait times getting your coins looked at? Two months and counting since they've received 5 coins. No communication. I have to keep checking to just see that they are still sitting there. I understand business and backorder, whether it be for merchandise OR services. Good thing I have a little patience left. Lmao if that was my pot, it done boiled over, started to melt and burned my house down!! Lol I know, I know. I just didnt think they'd keep me stuff for 2 months and not even looked at it yet. Shhheeeeesh
Does the order tracking show "In Process", or has it not even gotten that far? If it's "In Process," then it's in the queue to be graded, and calling customer service might get you an explanation of them being behind. If it doesn't even show up in your orders, then that needs to be brought to their attention. Two months is a very long time for an order to be checked in after they receive it. CS needs to be poked if that is the case.
I've only noticed an increase in the receiving time lately. USPS will say Delivered July 5, but they don't show up at PCGS as "In Process" till July 14, for example. Used to take 2-4 days. No it takes 7 to 11 days to get in line. I have over 250 coins there now, separated in 6 or 7 different orders for various tiers and services. No clue when they'll be ready, but NGC is slow right now, too.
Yea we sent a 1960 Franklin 1/2 FBL excellent looking coins all of them 1963 Franklin 1/2 FBL 1967 Kennedy 1/2 1963D Dime FB or FT And 1964 Nickel FS believe it or not, on the full steps. Cant wait!!! Later,,,,, Foo
Well just an update. Most of these came back as Proofs. And we all know about most proofs having low premiums. We were crushed.
