i got this note it's circulated, but the s/n is cool $50 IB01500150A,
is there a premium on this bill. what do you guys think?

Too bad about the folds..but that note is still a keeper!!

I cant tell you what premium it would fetch ... but YES, it would fetch one. That note is a repeating serial note, and should fetch a buyer at a higher then face price. The only thing that would hurt the chance of how high it would go, is the condition.
