2003 Error Nickel?

    Hello fellow coin peeps! :D

    I found this nickel in circulation. I took a quick look at it, and say it had a ring around it, but only on the obverse. Can anyone tell me what it is, and if it has a value worth more than .05 cents? Thanks :D

    Don't know if nickels are effected like quarters, but if so, I find a lot with similar rings caused by vending machines. From someone that eats from one on a regular basis at work, I have seen thousands...but never nickels. Weird.
