I know this is a weird title but I was going through some change and saw this 2019 penny with CUD on it. Upon close inspection you can see the die crack and also the CUD looks like male genitalia. I know its probably not work anything but just a funny error.

More of a die crack since it extends to the rim as well. Def not a CUD. Still cool.

Nice catch...unfortunately it's one of those crappy shield (read: zinc) cents...so...

Little known fact: the Mint outsourced the manufacture of these...didn't want to use China, so they went to the outer regions of the solar system, Uranus I believe. They continue to poop them out as fast as they can! :D

(Btw, in case anyone doesn't understand, let me make my position clear: I HATE THESE COINS!)

It's not a cud, and your description leaves a lot to be desired.

    Reported!

Just a common die crack on a zinc Cent. Nice find but not a CUD. This is a Cud. IMG_2898.JPG

Oh my mistake. I saw the excess of metal in the spot and assumed it was more than a die crack.

Sorry you are offended. I thought it would be funny and taken as humorous. Actually my first thought was that it looked like the 3rd Instar larval brain of drosophila melanogaster but I figured no one would know what that looks like.

I am not a fan of them either. Didn’t know they outsourced them though. That’s very interesting. I personally usually just get rid of any penny made of zinc unless It’s a error. Lol

I'm not offended, but I don't care for inappropriate language when we have YN's and ladies who have to read such garbage.

Stupid thread with inappropriate language. The OP should edit it or the mods should just lock it.
