Most likey an ancient religious token to the one true God... Though, as you can see, surely a barbarous imitation as their spaghetti monster has what many would consider a sacrilegious 3 meatballs. Are you selling this coin or is it for your collection?
I have no idea, but I thought maybe the image on the right might have a different orientation, so I spun it around a little.
Damn! Now I have to make pasta, sauce w/mb's, & eggplant to feed the crave! Stop posting food suggestions...you know I can't resist!
I would guess that your coin is a barbarous imitation of the SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE type of Valens and Valentinian I. (http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/valentinian_I/t.html) The official coins were minted between A.D. 364-375, so your coin would probably date from about that time, possibly a little later.
Here's your coin with the obverse in the proper orientation. Probably not the notorious spaghetti monster. I think.
