    Though, as you can see, surely a barbarous imitation as their spaghetti monster has what many would consider a sacrilegious 3 meatballs.

    The one you have on the left is the reverse and certainly appears to be an advancing Nike

    I would guess that your coin is a barbarous imitation of the SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE type of Valens and Valentinian I. (http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/valentinian_I/t.html) The official coins were minted between A.D. 364-375, so your coin would probably date from about that time, possibly a little later.

    Here's your coin with the obverse in the proper orientation. Probably not the notorious spaghetti monster. I think.
