2019 Roosevelt DDR...new to me, anyone else seen this one?

    So came across this the other night and am about as sure as I can be that its a DDR. Left of the torch, right side middle leaf. Really nice doubled image. Cant find it listed or any reference to it. Anyone seen this or worth sending in?

    What I do know is that it's not a DDR.
    Not all issues can be fully explained.
