2 weeks ago I bought 2 rolls of dimes and 4 of quarters. The next to last coin was a nice ‘61 quarter.

10 rolls of nickels and a box of pennies. 1 1944 P war nickel and a real nice 1964 penny. Still have half the penny box to go.

Today was deposit coin day at my usual dump bank. The next bank I went to didn’t have any halves, but the teller offered to place an order for me, so... I have no willpower, I placed an order :shame:

1 bank had $90 in cwr halves and 40 Ikes. The cwrs looked like another CRHer’s dumps I’ve picked up many times from this bank, but surprisingly there was 1, ‘65 in a roll, so I’m happy. The remainder was junk. The Ikes were common circulated. I need to start selling them given demand should be increasing as the holidays approach. I’ve over 1,000 stockpiled, which is somewhat crazy...Then I stopped at the bank with my favorite teller and she said she would ask Loomis today whether or not they could supply large dollars. Previously she had gotten Ikes from another courier who subcontracted with Loomis to fill Ike orders, so she thinks she’ll be able to order direct from Loomis now...My fingers are crossed.

    HH all

Today, I picked up $6.50 in loose halves from a bank. Three 1964s! Then, I picked up three customer wrapped rolls at another bank. One 1964, one 1966, and four 1977s!

Then I picked up a box and 31 loose rolls from another bank. I saw that they were machine wrapped and got excited. When I checked the ends, my excitement died. These were rewrapped as the other end wasn't as tight. Looks like I got 81 searched rolls. I'm going to search them anyway to see if they missed anything, but my hopes of finding silver are dashed.

Lucky you! I've been through over $1000 dollars worth of halves and haven't found any silver. A couple clads but not good ones! But nice finds!

I would need to see a pic of the 92. Dimes that have environmental damage tend to look that way. Plus nickel isn't "stamped onto the coins.

Dumped last week's coins and picked up $100 CWR dies and $40 CWR nickels. All junk.

Went fishing earlier this week and had catch up stuff to do around the house. So, I won't pick up my 5 boxes of halves until tomorrow. Hoping for a silver streak!
