    Imo it appears to be MD (machine doubling) I have found several of those when I CRH halfs.

    Ive found that my lighting is very important...it looks like your light is casting a glare and making it difficult to distinguish between reflections and doubling. Try turning down the light or propping the coin up on a matchbook at an angle....that usually works for me and gets rid of the glare

    It looks like MDD (Machine Damage Doubling).
