Looks good, but you need to look at the edge for these coins. Post some edge pics, especially where the pattern joins itself.

Little hard to tell from these images but looks probably good to me.

Looks good to me also. A better question might be "How well do you know and trust the guy you got it from?"

If it's all good, you got a steal. The melt is $6.90 and the book says $30.00 in VG.
I'd spend 5 on those all day long.
Even with the scratches, it's got to be worth 2x what you paid.
Also, be aware the NGC image is an 1808, with different assayer initials.

    Here's the NGC :

Thank you very much everyone for the inputs. I just got back home from out of state meeting. I did check the weight and the diameter, all within its tolerance allowances.

Thanks alot for the info. Well, I dont know if I should trust him. He just told me that he inherited the coin from his father who passed away 6 months ago. And hes not a collector by any mean. He knew I was into the coin collecting so he just offer me that. Also, he said he still have more of the walking liberty half and some silver coins that he will try to bring it in, and if I interested I can make an offer. Cross my finger if theres any keydates.
