2000 or 2006 D

Need HELP here. Is this dime a 2000 or 2006. I know very little when it comes to stuff like this. EXPERTS please help a ROOKIE out. Thanks in advance.

That is a 2006 coin.

 

Definitely '06

Notice the size of the o in 6 is only approx. half the size of the others.

 

Not trying to sound mean, but how can you not see that's a 6?

 

Might be an inverted 9. A new discovery? (just kidding).

 

I do understand what you are saying. Im just to new at this. And im gonna ask questions. Thats how we learn. Well at least me. I see a ZERO over a SIX. Maybe it is the lighting. But hey, im knew and I like to ask people who have more knowledge then I do.

 

What I see. Is a line going thru the ZERO of the SIX. Thats why I questioned it.

 

Okay thanks, the reason for me asking. Is because I see the tail end of the SIX. Is a differnt color then the ZERO itself. I also see a almost circular line going thru the ZERO.

 

Probably damage or a contact mark.

.....or could be a small stain.

In any case, it's not a 6 over a 0, or a 0 over a 6.

It 'looks' like something, but it's the result of either
one of these probable events.
