Have you checked if they're members of the ANA? Not that this makes them reputable, but it's a good sign.
Describing raw Morgans as "Premium Quality Brilliant Uncirculated" instead of "MSxx" sounds to me like they are aiming at TV Coin Vault customers, not knowledgable collectors. To me, this site is a candidate for the 20-foot pole used on things you don't want to touch with a 10-footer.
I didn't see any mention of association with any coin organization after I navigated around their website, so it might be presumed that they are not ANA members. I would think that if they were ANA, PNG, or PCGS dealers, they would so state. I'd be inclined to stay away from them if for no other reason than they have not affiliated themselves with a serious coin organization. However, they may be new on the block, may not have as yet applied for such affiliation and probably ought to be given the benefit of the doubt.
