I do see a floating roof though, but with that much damage it could have easily been worn away to cause that look. Either way, the cent is forever doomed to circulation in my eyes.
Your coin looks like it was badly corroded and was whizzed with a very powerful wire brush. There seems to be a lot of metal movement. What does it weigh? I suspect it to be a bit underweight.
A 49 year old well circulated coin that was minted with over polished dies, causing the "floating roof", but not worth much over face in its current condition.
