Never knew Abe was in the military till I found this 1997 P. Camo looks good on him it hides all the zinc. Just thought some of you might like to see this it's the first camo toned coin I've seen. Have a great day and leave a comment I'd like to hear what you think about it. That's not toning - it's staining

I find pennies in my front yard that look like that all the time. But only after the dog poo has completely decomposed, leaving the pennies someone's pooch swallowed.

I've seen that many times.. It's urine staining :yack:

And I'm not joking! Be careful what you touch. Definitely wash your hands well after handling coins.

That coin has been abused by someone that thought it would be funny. It's a urine stain.

Maybe the lighting could have been better but on the obverse the browns, greens and black definitely camo the new digital pattern they use. The reverse is more of the hippy with the blue, greens, yellow and purple with the classic flowing pattern. Or maybe it's just me and I've been staring at pennies through a loop to long today and I'm starting to get loopy. I know minus 50 points for the bad joke.

I believe you. I always bow to Superior Knowledge. I have showed this penny to a few people and a couple of people showed interest in it. Now the question is was this penny urinated on or did it soak in it? In case I want to make them to sell. Just kidding but I am spending it I no longer think it's kinda cool looking. Ewe
