    I would guess Valentinian III. Worth looking into, but for a better answer wait for a more informed member.

    I have no clue on the coin, however, from your avatar name, I want to assume you are an Edgar Rice Burroughs fan?

    temp.jpg I don't think it's Valentinian III. Judging by the spacing of the fragments of letters on the obverse, there does not appear to be enough room to fit his name in the inscription. I suspect that it is a Vandalic-era imitation. I rotated one of your photos of the reverse. What little writing is visible appears to be gibberish, as does the mint mark:
