If I find one near melt value in the secondary market, I'll probably buy it. Otherwise, I let you have all of the profits from being one of the few who purchases the coin from the mint.
Since this is two First spouse coins away yet, I will wait to see what the mint charges for them in August. I would like to continue purchasing these, but the cost is getting too high to afford them. So many Elizabeth Monroe coins (and Dolley Madison's for that matter) are still unsold.
I have absolutely zero interest in buying any of the gold spouse coins from the Mint or anywhere else. There are alot of other coins I'd rather have.
Should be easy enough. Plenty of $10 Jeffersons at $500 or less, and those are the best looking by far. I'm with you, CS99. I'll grab one of these in the secondary market. Beautiful design.
I will be one of the stupid ones that buy it. I like the series, but like wesleyscott said, they are getting too expensive to buy. Now I have the fractional buffalos to worry about.
Nope....savin' my money for the high relief St. Gaudens coming out next year. http://www.usmint.gov/pressroom/index.cfm?action=press_release&ID=897
(Andrew) Jackson's Liberty. Since he did not have a spouse when he was in office. His wife died months before his inauguration.
