    I noticed that the green seal on the word ONE is off quite a bit. I've seen the seal placed either to the left or to the right more than it should be, but never northwest like this one. Is this pretty common on bills? 20191003_152008.jpg

    It's a very slight shift.
    The more radical the better. This one is a dollar.
