Going through old coins, got this one a long time ago, can’t really figure out what time period it’s from/value. Any help appreciated!

Either a copy, or harshly cleaned, did some research on my own Anthony pacquets initials are visible, and small. Not worth much, I’ll keep it as a conversation piece thanks!
