1996 Quarter Shatered die?

    I would not sat Shattered Die.. But a well worn Die with a lot of cracks

    Would the Northern most crack be considered a die break?

    If you look at the D in United just east the crack is more visible. I do agree these aren't the best pics and it does look incuse. But it is raised above the field.
