1996 Quarter Shatered die?

I admit it's hard to see the northern most die crack at the edges,But it does run rim to rim,and the 3 southern most die cracks are pretty nice. Any thoughts are appreciated!

I would not sat Shattered Die.. But a well worn Die with a lot of cracks

 

Would the Northern most crack be considered a die break?

 

Looks incused. I don't think so.

 

If you look at the D in United just east the crack is more visible. I do agree these aren't the best pics and it does look incuse. But it is raised above the field.
