Well that would be a few dollars more. Start a new thread and post clear full sized photos of both sides. You'll get more information about the coin.

Go to Forums, pick the correct Coin Forum, then Post New Thread. Type a title. State specifically what you see and your question(s) and Upload A File to add photos. Have the coin cropped to remove any background first. After photos are attached choose the Full Size. Then scroll down and Create Post. Be patient while it loads.
Yeah i re gift mine as well. Well grandbabies do. They keep what they like or need and spend the rest. These kids are cool. Great coin hunt 24/7
Let me clarify dear woman. I search all my change and occasionally I find a Wheat Cent. If I Roll Hunt I can more Wheats. I can also go to my LCS and buy them by the roll or by the pound and be charged less than three cents each, but I still have to search them to see what dates I received.
How many Wheat Cents are enough? I have to agree that buying by the pound is the easiest way to hoard them. But CRH is an exciting way to accumulate especially if you mix in Variety hunting for the whole Lincoln series. Finding 5-7 wheats is probably a reasonable haul for 2500 cents searched when considering the enormous numbers of Memorial and Shield cents produced. So I don’t think folks can be reasonably discouraged. Adjusted expectations is probably more reasonable.
I have a hoard too, but I accumulated them variety hunting over the years. Now, I think I suffer from separation anxiety. I keep them all!!
Not trying to win anything. Sometimes I just don't like to explain myself. It comes from being a postal manager.
Yes it is a small horde. And when I find one in circulation or while CRH I just add it to the others.
Wheat pennies are the most commonly collected coins. I only get them in changes every 4 years or so. Most Cent boxes I searched through gives me at least 12 wheat pennies per box, most are from the 1940s. I even found 3 Indian heads, a 1912-S, and a 1922-(Weak)D penny before coin roll hunting.
