Welcome to CoinTalk! I don't know anything about these. You may have to become your own expert, especially since you want a value. That link provided above looks to provide lots of information about them. Do some digging, try to identify which Pope issued it, then begin searching the internet for previous sales. Maybe someone will show up and be able to answer your question specifically. Good luck!
The Popes are Urban VIII (1623-1644) and Gregory XIII (1572-1585). CNG (www.cngcoins.com) has sold a few of these, so a rough value could be determined from those sale records.
Adding to what milesofwho said, you can search CNG's database here. ACsearch.info, a mostly ancient coin auction database, shows about a hundred hits for "papal bulla". I didn't see if any were from Urban VIII or Gregory XIII but you can search there. You have to have a paid subscription to see the hammer prices. Here's the ACsearch link for search terms "papal bulla". Sometimes you can just follow the ACsearch info to the auction house's website and find the hammer price that way, or look it up in another online auction database such as Sixbid (link to search terms "papal bulla"). You might find additional hits with different search terms, such a "lead seal", "papal seal", etc.
