Any thoughts on these coins

1999 p connecticut quarter. Looks like a young kid took a hammer to it for some funtime. 1964 d nickel, the d a little funny looking.
2015d penny, looks like someone took dremel to backside

Cent - damaged
Quarter - damaged
Nickel - looks normal.. circulation wear

 

The penny looks like a case of road rash. The quarter looks like it took some hits from a lawn mower.

Hi Mountain Man, there was a you tube video that showed the 1999 staye quarter errors and they looked similar

 

Damaged either by accident, deliberately or in circulation.

I think they are all thumbnails, which makes them too small to see, and I'm not going to spend the time enlarging them.
