Don't know why or how this was done but it weighs 3.0gms. The 1,9,8 & 2 line up on top but can't really tell on the bottom of number 2. And is that a D mintmark or die chip? This is a puzzle and beyond my ability to tell. Thank you for any information.
I'm thinking a copper large date with damage that looks like a mint mark.. But just a Philadelphia minted cent.
