The obverse seems to be a turreted Tyche or Kybele, a popular deity on coinage for the Levant. I would suggest a coin from Phoenicia or perhaps nearby Cilicia.
I am not certain, but this might be a match, or similar - as Kevin says, from Cilicia: Cilicia, Korykos Æ21 (c. 1st Century B.C.) Turreted head of Tyche right; ΔΙ behind / Hermes standing left wearing petasos and winged boots holding phiale & caduceus, ΚΩΡΥΚΙΩΤΩΝ right, EPI ER left. SNG Levante 791; cf. SNG France 1075; cf. SNG von Aulock 5679. (6.91 grams / 21 mm)
I'm not really sure but my guess would be "not rare." To get a rough idea, I did a Google Image search "cilicia korykos hermes" and quite a few of them came up. red_spork sold one on CT a while back - https://www.cointalk.com/threads/an...rykos-in-cilicia-circa-1st-century-bc.303030/
