    Looks like a worn die, die deterioration doubling (DDD), and machine doubling (MD).

    Might be wrong, but I believe the flow lines indicate worn die.
    IGWT looks like MD.
    The 5 looks to be DDD.

    Hopefully others will correct if wrong and we both learn :cool:
