What's going on here? 1982P die cracks?

Hi! I am pretty new to error coin searching, and I ran across this 1982 P
penny that seems to have a lot going on with it. On the bottom there are numerous raised lines through "ONE CENT" and there seems to be more at the top through the word "STATES." There also appears to be the same raised parallel lines between the pillars on the right side of the memorial that almost looks like scratching (and may be). There is also another raised line running parallel to the roof of the memorial between the pillars.

Are these just a bunch of randomly placed die cracks, some other weird error, or am I just reading too much into some scratches on a damn penny? :p

Thanks for the insight in advance!
