1993 D ?

    I'm thinking this is doubling because of the rim being thicker on left side Obverse, could this be possible mint error received_1398243450339447.jpeg received_709006942906423.jpeg received_903967846669317.jpeg

    Imo it appears to be DDD (die deterioration doubling) with a MAD ( misaligned die).
