It seems to me to be a DD because its adding to the devices and has serifs. Could I get a couple opinions. The pics. Are taken through my microscope at 10 × magnification but I took a couple regular. The coin has a real square feel to it
Your coin is a proof struck coin and i see no listings of a DDO for that year and mintmark. I looks like it may be machine doubling. Good photos.

Look like it's ODV-030 . http://varietyvista.com/01b LC Doubled Dies Vol 2/Obverse Design Varieties.htm Also MMS-008 . http://varietyvista.com/01b LC Doubled Dies Vol 2/San Francisco Mintmark Styles.htm
The font used on the Lincoln cent does not incorporate serifs in the letters. Split serifs on a true doubled die would look like this. Chris
I didn't know it was a proof struck coin. I just said its very squared like all the edges are sharper than other coins
Welcome to Coin Talk. IMO it looks like Mechanical Doubling. This site will teach you how to identify MD and DDD (Die Deterioration Doubling): http://doubleddie.com/144801.html
