Hi All I have a hard time with the FBL designation - I THINK this would qualify, and its VERY hard to get a photo, but what do you all think?
To much circulation wear on the Bell Lines. There can't be any interruption at all. That's why it is called Full Bell Line.. No nicks, dents, scratches or hits!
It appears that when this coin was minted, it was an FBL. However, the two parallel circulation marks or bag marks that run NW/SE (diagonally) through the bell lines would prevent a major grading company from assigning the Full Bell Lines designation. In addition, the coin appears to be AU, which by itself would preclude the FBL designation.
The contact marks should not interrupt the lines to get FBL. There are several fairly large marks which interrupt the lines, so no.
