    Is it worth getting graded?

No. Too many marks and sign of wear. Only worth 25 cents, imo.

    They are worth a quarter.
Even if you had an 82 or 83 that was in excellent condition,
and had value (a few dollars), it's not worth getting graded which is expensive.
I'm going to assume that you saw some video that said this 1982 is rare and valuable. Generally with quarters, you want 1964 and before.
1982 and 1983 are VERY abundant and worth a quarter. They are rare in high grades (AU/MS) and that's were the value is. It is almost impossible to find such a coin in that condition in circulation. I actually did find a nice one recently so I saved it. At least XF condition, but great details which is rare as with these 2 dates the details are often mushy.
This isn't a great picture (it looks nicer in hand), it still has nice luster, and you can see how nicely detailed the eagle and feathers are.

You should look at coins slabbed by TPGs and you will know what it takes to get what grade. You would be lucky to find a coin received in change that would even grade MS65. That quarter does not even look AU. Not even close to be considered for grading.
