Weight is 2.0 gms and reverse has the stretched appearance on lettering. High points like the torch are missing the detail and wondering what may cause this? Other than circulation but I don't see any coin scratches or marks.
Do you see the striations on the field under the letters. That's do to a worn die. It's die deterioration and combined with years of circulation wear. That's the reason for the appearance.
