2016 ms-70 eagles red white and blue set 30th anniversary, w ultra cameo with lettered edge blue , ms-70 white, burnished w with lettered edge red. What’s it worth?
Book value or what someone is willing to pay? When dealing in ASE's one need understand this what seperates a 69 from a 70? Price for sure... but most would elect to purchase this set in ms - 69 than pay the premuim on a 70 coin. After having 12 - 2008 rev of 07 unc. Ase's 11graded 70 1 in 69 I can assure you the extra point between a 69 /70 was a plus for the buyer not the seller. Most would only offer 69 money . Good luck...but what ever the value of this set is in 69 will be closer to true value...what someone will pay.
What Paddy said is very accurate and true. The problem is that most people can't tell the difference between a 70 and a 69, anyway. Chris
I am one of those that is not a fan of graded bullion. I own a lot of silver ASE’s and own some graded pieces and always pay spot for them. I would guess MS70 examples may be of value to registry set folks and they may pay a premium for them. My personal opinion is that the only people profiting from graded bullion is the TV hawksters.
Nothing more I can say that the others here have not other than pretty cool red white and blue set up! I like it!
I no longer collect ASE's I've sold off just about all my collection except a few. I have no clue as to market. One would be best to research such themselves. The reason I say this is what a set or item will bring today is much different than tomorrow. As at the end of the day it is just bullion
I dumped all my ASE'S due to milk spotting issues. A few of your coins appear to have issues, unless it's your photos.
quickly checking eBay SOLD auctions for 2016 ASEs MS70 NGC they are selling from $31 to $50 each. The Proof one from $65 to $140 .. i think the better the picture showing the ultra cameo the higher the sale. a red, white and blue set with the 2 MS70 and PF70 went for about $260ish or so (someone took an offer so who knows). but check ebay SOLD out as the fluctuation in silver recently I did not differentiate between spot silver prices at whatever timeframe those were sold nor the slabbed condition.
