Pretty coin no matter what its grade is. Dont know morgans but. Would be pleased as a picklte to have that coin

It is graded F12 by PCGS

 

I picked this one up CHEAP yesterday. Help me out. What am I missing? I have been bidding on '03s and 04s for months, and kept on losing. These are the seller's photos, and what I see is one that's marred only buy the discoloration atop the obverse. I can live with that.
