I will say it is a Struck Through Debris/grease.

 

Thanks and other than it being a keeper for me is it worth anything?

 

I'd think it might be worth a premium if you could find a guy named Erty.

A collector of common errors may pay a premium for.
I would not expect it to be over 1$, oh wait, there is e-bay.

 

That is definately a keeper nice to see this odd error (or intentional defacing, kind of hard to tell if there is a large amount of scuffing or not from the images).
