    Its really stuck out on front side is tbe normal for this date i know the dates are bold. Thanks.

    Yeah, that's kinda common for that date. Lots of the 60's dates are like that and also seem to be thicker. Quality was better back then.

    The high relief looks of 1960's cent is due to the master die. It had been in service since 1916 i believe. It was remade in 1968 for the 1969 minting year.
