    They accept outside submissions, so it puts NTC above the self-slabbers.
    I also agree that most NTC coins tend to be lackluster and/or over graded. They have claimed that they are trying to improve, but I'm not seeing evidence. Plus, even if there are nice coins in NTC slabs, those likely get cracked and submitted to the top TPGs.
