What Is This?

Hi, I'm Frank and new to coins. I found what might be an error cent in a coin roll. But most of what's usually on the obverse and reverse isn't there. I've included several photos. One of the obverse shows what looks like part of a date: the number 7. There is a P below the number. Was it supposed to be a 2017 P Lincoln cent? It weighs 2.31 grams. On the reverse there are the initials LB, in the same position as those initials on a 2017 Lincoln cent, photo included. What is it?

Not a mint error of any kind.. My guess. Ground down on the Obverse side exposing inner zinc

2017 was the only year they used the mint mark for Philadelphia.

Been away for a while. Sorry for late reply. Thank you for the insights. Found another similar coin in a different coin roll. If this keeps up, I'll at least have a shirt with conversation-starter buttons.

That is one damaged coin. It's a shame what some people do to coins, either for their own amusement or to try and create an error to fool the less educated coin collector.
