Are these 3 coins proofs?

    1957 they did make proofs in Philadelphia.
    If your coin is a proof, it is an impaired proof since it has circulated.
    I put the value between .05 cents and $1 max.
    The $3 proof value listed in the book would be for an unimpaired proof in
    top condition. PF 65 +.
    I've found 2 quarter proofs in circulation. 1972-S and 2004-S Georgia.
