1999 Lincoln Cent Double Struck, Rotated & Broadstruck

    Wanted to share this find. I’m thinking it was Broadstruck then rotated and Broadstruck again.

    The reason I thought the first strike was out of collar is the smearing seen on what’s left of the lettering. “In god we trust” and the last 9 seem to extend out like with typical Broadstruck details.
