1986 D lamination error?

This one has a rough texture is dull and soaking in acetone does nothing ,just curious if its missing its copper layer on the edges there is copper.

Oh and it weighs 2.0 grams

 

Damaged by the environment. It's a spender.

 

The copper plating has been stripped off revealing the zinc core underneath.
Post-82 zincolns can't have laminations. Despite what @paddyman98 's slab says
