    Well, he also has "commemorative" 1 oz. gold bars for $20. That's a steal! (read: he's stealing from any buyer!) Nothing is marked "copy".

    Walking a very fine line here for sure. As one person noted-the details are buried in the fine print. But a copy is a copy nonetheless.

    This is less concerning to me than the "no reserve" auctions for fakes that go sky high.... although these sellers are probably providing those sellers with the product.

    The listing is honest but they should have the word COPY on the coin. I thought that was the law but nobody ever gets charged with it.

    Nobody ever gets legal action against them. The worst is EBay gives them the boot and they turn up under a new name. sad.
