1990 Lincoln cent is this considered a 1990 closed AM error?

Any information on this coin is always Appreciated

Close AM and Wide AM are varieties. Not in the Error category. 1990 should be Wide AM. It does not look like a close AM to me.
There are no known Close AM for 1990.
