I got an uncirculated set of German Euro from 2002, a little while back. I automatically fell in love with it. The German Euro are quite stunning. I was just wondering, how much is a 2002 uncirculated set of German Euro worth?
CoinJoe2006,the total face value of the German Euro coins from the 1 Euro-Cent right through to 2 Euros has a face value of 3 Euros & 88 Euro-Cents.
If it is reallly the original unc set as seen here: http://www.bwpv.de/eng/collectorscoins.php3?mid=7&iid=55 you could get a complete set (all mints) for about 60 Euros here in Germany.
Its an 8 coin set. It includes the 1,2,5,10,20,and 50 cent coins, and the 1 and 2 Euro coin. I'm currently looking on Ebay to see if I can find the exact same thing so you all can see it.

What part of "3.88" did you not understand? ;-) Well, since that is a nice presentation folder, it would probably sell at a somewhat higher price, maybe 5 to 10 euro. But since anybody can "make" such a set by combining the eight circulation coins and a piece of (designed) cardboard, you would not get much more, I am afraid. The official BU sets, from the German Numismatic Office at the BWPV, are a little more expensive, maybe €10-15 per mintmark set. And a 2002 proof set would be about €25 ... Christian
Sounds good to me, for a set of unc. coins packed like this It's just that Germany is one of those countries that made no euro coins dated 1999, 2000, or 2001. Thus all German euro and cent coins are dated 2002 or later, with '02 being the most frequent year ... Christian
