Ok hard to get a good picture of it but it looks to me to be off center and double died

Your coin has a very slight Misaligned die strike on the obverse. Which may be the cause of some Machine Doubling (which I can't see from your photos).
There is not a listing for Doubled Die at varietyvista.com for 1976-P coin.
